Senior Marketing Analytics -US Banking

Job Role :

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Lead and execute campaign analytics across multiple channels including Email, Direct Mail (DM), and Digital platforms to optimize marketing effectiveness.
• Conduct borrower, customer, and marketing strategy analytics within the BFSI (Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance) sector, focusing on data-driven decision making.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using Tableau and SQL to deliver actionable insights to stakeholders.
• Serve as a client-facing lead, communicating complex analytical findings clearly and effectively to internal teams and external clients.
• Independently manage end-to-end analytics projects, leading teams of 4-7 analysts (applicable for Team Lead level roles).
• Adapt and thrive in a fast-paced, continuously evolving environment with shifting priorities.

Candidate Profile:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, or related fields from top-tier universities.
• 5-12 years of experience in consulting or analytics delivery, with strong preference for backgrounds in finance, payments, or banking domains.
• Exceptional analytical skills with proven ability to research, analyze, and solve both routine and complex customer and business problems.
• Proficient hands-on experience in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is mandatory.
• Strong working knowledge of Tableau or other data visualization tools is preferred.
• Familiarity with Python for data analysis and automation is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills with experience in client-facing roles, capable of presenting insights to diverse audiences.
• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and guide a team (for leadership positions).
