Senior Manufacturing Engineer

Key Responsibilities: - Manage external stakeholders like suppliers and contractors efficiently - Collaborate with colleagues across different functions and locations - Communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing, to understand and convey stakeholder requirements clearly - Handle ambiguity in complex projects effectively - Prioritize tasks and manage time well, creating project plans and defining milestones for multiple projects simultaneously - Lead and influence others even without direct line-management responsibility - Proactively focus on personal development and continuous learning - Solve technical problems using PDCA / DMAIC methodology - Work through a gated development process - Design and manufacture high-accuracy mechanical systems - Apply lean manufacturing and quality tools such as Kaizen, Time-Study, VSM, PFMEA, and Problem Solving Tools - Use safety management tools like risk assessment and permit to work Qualifications Required: - Degree in an Engineering discipline - Experience in a manufacturing environment - Knowledge of safety management tools and methodologies - Experience in technical problem-solving and project management - Familiarity with lean manufacturing processes Join us in our mission for a better future, where diversity is embraced, and unique perspectives are valued.
