Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Senior Manufacturing Engineer, located in Ahmedabad. The Senior Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for analyzing existing manufacturing processes, designing efficient systems, implementing effective engineering methods, and optimizing production techniques. In addition, the role involves evaluating manufacturing equipment, overseeing machining operations, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and cost efficiency. minimum of 5 years experience

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Manufacturing Processes and Manufacturing Engineering
• Knowledge of Industrial Engineering concepts and practices
• Solid expertise in Mechanical Engineering and related principles
• Experience with Machining processes and operating manufacturing equipment
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to improve production efficiency
• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline
• Experience with automotive manufacturing or lightweight construction technologies is preferred
• Exceptional analytical and communication skills, with a focus on teamwork
