Key Responsibilities

• Analyse and understand project requirements with minimal dependency.

Prepare, maintain, and execute detailed test cases.

• Identify, document, and report software defects with clarity and accuracy.
• Work closely with developers and Scrum Masters to ensure timely resolution of issues and smooth delivery.
• Use tools like JIRA for project tracking and TestRail for test management.
• Contribute to regression, functional, and exploratory testing activities.
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning,
• backlog grooming, and retrospectives.
• Ensure adherence to Agile processes and deliver high-quality outcomes within sprints.
• Continuously learn and adapt to new tools, technologies, and testing practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience in software testing (manual and functional).

Strong skills in test case design, execution, and defect reporting.

• Proficiency with JIRA and a good understanding of TestRail (or similar test management tools).
• Proven track record of bug detection and providing actionable feedback.
• Solid understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum) and experience working in Agile teams.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Self-motivated and proactive learner with a passion for quality.

Job Type: Full-time
