Senior Manual Tester

FreeCharge is looking for a QA Engineer who can develop testing strategy, plans, estimates, and

schedule, to support projects and product releases. As a member of the QA team you would be hands-

on testing the different product sets.

Role Title: QA Engineer/ Sr. QA Engineer

Location: Mumbai (WFH)

Experience: 3-6 Yrs.

Employee Type: Permanent (DBAT)

Educational Qualification - Bachelor / Masters degree in CS/IT

Must Have Skills:

• Good written and verbal communication skills

• Strong analytical skills

• Good working knowledge of excel

• Understanding of Test methodologies and STLC concepts.

• Experience creating testing documents Test Plan/Test Cases, Test Data sheet, Test Reports.

• Should have working knowledge in API Testing tools(Postman, Charles, Rest Assured)

• Experience in Website, mobile web Testing.

• Experience in Android and iOS application testing

• Experience in DB testing.

• Experience in Security testing.

• Working knowledge of SQL/NoSQL and Unix based System.

• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, as well as part of a project team in a cooperative effort.

• Exposure to AGILE concepts.

• Awareness of QA processes like acceptance criteria, test planning, test case execution,automation testing etc.

• Proven track record in a high-speed product development environment.

• Finance domain Experience will be preferable.

• Strong approach to perform RCA

• Provide solutions to the automation design and techniques to solve problems as it arises

• Good Knowledge on Web Environment, Web Elements and Operations on the Web Elements.

• Sound Knowledge of browser and device compatibility testing

• Should be a Team Player

Good-to-Have

• BDD framework like Cucumber

• Data structures & algorithm

• Selenium and TestNG and Appium

• Performance testing using JMeter or Load Runner

• Hands on distributed version control repository(GIT preferred)

• Knowledge in reporting tool(cucumber/Allure reporting)
