Job Description

Role Overview: As a Finance Manager at our company, you will be responsible for Financial Accounting, Taxation, and Financial control across all entities. You will be expected to work with limited supervision and stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Being a proactive team player is essential, as you may need to assist in various areas beyond your initial scope of responsibilities. Key Responsibilities: - Drive Monthly and Yearly closure of Books of Accounts ensuring adherence to relevant Accounting Standards - Review / Preparation of Financials based on I-GAAP and IFRS / Ind - AS - Coordinate with Auditors and ensure timely completion of Audits - Establish and comply with internal financial control procedures and standards - Handle Taxation Compliances Direct and Indirect including TDS, GST compliances, filing of returns, and managing tax assessments / appeals - Oversee FEMA compliances wherever applicable - Review and monitor secretarial compliances - Conduct Cash Flow Analysis and Projections - Lead Cost optimization initiatives - Manage Financial planning and Budgeting exercise as a core team member - Utilize hands-on experience on Accounting Software and ERPs like Tally, Zoho, Odoo, Microsoft Dynamics Qualifications Required: - Preferably a Chartered Accountant with 7 to 15 years Post-Qualification experience - Fluency in English - Exceptional multi-tasking skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Commitment to maintaining high-quality standards and meeting deadlines under pressure - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Please note that additional details about the company were not provided in the Job Description.,
