Senior Manager

Key Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team
of up to 10 Assistant Managers.
Oversee and ensure the quality
of P&C underwriting processes for US clients.
Mentor and guide team members
to achieve performance targets and professional growth.
Collaborate with stakeholders
to drive operational efficiency and client satisfaction.
Provide subject matter expertise
in US P&C underwriting to resolve complex issues and challenges.

Qualifications & Requirements

The candidate must be an
existing Manager
with proven experience in a similar role.
Must have strong skills in US P&C - Underwriting
.
A track record of successfully managing and developing a team.

Salary & Compensation

The salary for this role is
fixed at ?15-16 LPA
.
