Job Description

Role summary

Lead a team that owns end-to-end visa case filing, documentation, and client communication across global destinations.

About the role

If you've grown from officer to team lead and now want full ownership of outcomes across complex global cases, this role gives you that runway.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end filing and processing for complex visa cases.
Supervise visa case filing, document follow-ups, and client query resolution for your team.
Guide and follow up with individuals relocating internationally on documentation and process steps.
Maintain strong, long-term client relationships and ensure timely, clear communication on case status.
Assist immigrants with paperwork and coordination required for work authorization and visa approvals.
Work on and oversee submissions across government portals for USA, Australia, Hong Kong, UK, Canada, New Zealand, and Europe.
Monitor SLAs and ensure that all filings, forms, and documentation are accurate and on schedule.
Coach, support, and upskill case officers to deliver consistent service quality.

Requirements

5+ years of experience in visa/immigration processing, consulting, or client service roles.
Hands-on experience filing cases and handling documentation across multiple countries.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a client-first mindset.
Comfort working on government and consular portals for visa processes.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and keep cases moving in a high-volume environment.
Team leadership capability with a bias for ownership and follow-through.

Nice to have

Prior experience leading a visa processing or immigration operations team.
Exposure to destinations such as USA, Canada, Australia, UK, Hong Kong, New Zealand, and Europe.
Familiarity with CRM or case management tools.
