The Role

Key Responsibilities

• Drive

  new client generation

  across corporates, enterprises, and industrial sectors.
• Leverage

  Telecom B2B/Enterprise experience

  to target and close large accounts.
• From lead generation to deal closure and further account expansion, manage the entire sales cycle for B2B clients.
• Build, manage, and convert a strong pipeline of

  high-value deals

  .
• Maintain and grow long-term relationships with

  CXO-level decision-makers

  .
• Strategize and execute business development plans for consistent revenue growth.
• Act as a trusted partner for clients, ensuring

  smooth onboarding, service delivery, and satisfaction

  .
• Mentor and lead the BD team to consistently hit growth numbers.

What We’re Looking For

• 10–15 years of proven success in

  B2B/Enterprise/Industrial Sales, from the telecom sector

  .
• Strong track record of

  new client acquisition + managing large-ticket accounts

  .
• Ability to influence, negotiate, and close deals with senior decision-makers.
• A true

  hunter + farmer

  profile – balancing acquisition with account growth.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.
• Must have a laptop & vehicle | Willingness to travel extensively.
