Job Description

  • Define and communicate the big picture and Vision of the Technology Operations Center
  • Help to ensure that the Technology Operations Center operates in accordance with the established procedures and practices.
  • Publish Technology Operations Center Metrics and SLAs
  • Publish incident and problem documentation and works with team to share best practices and/or recommend incident handling improvements.
  • Measures and actions incident trends in support of Support Demand Reduction initiatives
  • Enforce company IT standards and IT policies, including SOX-related IT controls.
  • Create a culture of continuous improvement by researching internal- and industry-based best practices for Support. "
  • Performs other duties as assigned
  • Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree May consider equivalent education and experience for the right candidate. required

Experience Qualifications

  • Typically 10+ years IT Technical Support experience required
  • Typically 5+ years Supervisory experience required

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills including the ability to successfully execute on multiple incidents, processes, and/or projects (Advanced proficiency)
  • Advanced ability to relate to, and effectively communicate professionally with all levels of colleagues (Advanced proficiency)
  • Advanced working knowledge of trinet s hardware and application eco-system (Advanced proficiency)
  • Advanced verbal and written communication skills (Advanced proficiency)
  • Superior customer service skills (Advanced proficiency)

Licenses and Certifications

  • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) TIL Foundations required
  • Leadership and Emotional intelligence training required
