Job Description

Define and communicate the big picture and Vision of the Technology Operations Center
Help to ensure that the Technology Operations Center operates in accordance with the established procedures and practices.
Publish Technology Operations Center Metrics and SLAs
Publish incident and problem documentation and works with team to share best practices and/or recommend incident handling improvements.
Measures and actions incident trends in support of Support Demand Reduction initiatives
Enforce company IT standards and IT policies, including SOX-related IT controls.
Create a culture of continuous improvement by researching internal- and industry-based best practices for Support. "
Performs other duties as assigned
Complies with all policies and standards

Education Qualifications

Bachelors Degree May consider equivalent education and experience for the right candidate. required

Experience Qualifications

Typically 10+ years IT Technical Support experience required
Typically 5+ years Supervisory experience required

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills including the ability to successfully execute on multiple incidents, processes, and/or projects (Advanced proficiency)
Advanced ability to relate to, and effectively communicate professionally with all levels of colleagues (Advanced proficiency)
Advanced working knowledge of trinet s hardware and application eco-system (Advanced proficiency)

Licenses and Certifications
