Senior Manager - Talent Acquisition

As an HR Manager - Talent Acquisition at Sylcons Legacy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce of Keralas premier curator of global footwear brands. With a legacy dating back to 1942, Sylcon is seeking an HR leader who excels in fast-paced retail environments and aligns with our "best logic wins" philosophy. Your primary focus will be on Talent Acquisition, encompassing end-to-end recruitment responsibilities such as hiring frontline staff including sales associates, fit specialists, and store managers for luxury footwear showrooms. You will be tasked with developing brand-specific hiring strategies, for example, recruiting adventure footwear experts, and reducing the time-to-hire to less than 10 days for critical roles. Additionally, you will be expected to innovate processes by implementing retail-specific Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows. In addition to Talent Acquisition, you will also be involved in HR Operations, where you will be responsible for drafting retail-centric policies such as peak-season attendance incentives and leading engagement initiatives for frontline staff. To be successful in this role, you must possess 5-7 years of experience in retail HR Recruitment with a specialization in footwear or fashion. An MBA in HR, along with expertise in high-volume recruitment, is essential. Fluency in Malayalam, English, and Hindi is required for showroom staff training. Male candidates are preferred due to the necessity for frequent store visits during odd hours.
