As an HR Manager - Talent Acquisition at Sylcons Legacy, you will play a crucial role in shaping the workforce of Keralas premier curator of global footwear brands. With a legacy dating back to 1942, Sylcon is seeking an HR leader who excels in fast-paced retail environments and aligns with our "best logic wins" philosophy. Your primary focus will be on Talent Acquisition, encompassing end-to-end recruitment responsibilities such as hiring frontline staff including sales associates, fit specialists, and store managers for luxury footwear showrooms. You will be tasked with developing brand-specific hiring strategies, for example, recruiting adventure footwear experts, and reducing the time-to-hire to less than 10 days for critical roles. Additionally, you will be expected to innovate processes by implementing retail-specific Applicant Tracking System (ATS) workflows. In addition to Talent Acquisition, you will also be involved in HR Operations, where you will be responsible for drafting retail-centric policies such as peak-season attendance incentives and leading engagement initiatives for frontline staff. Male candidates are preferred due to the necessity for frequent store visits during odd hours.
