Role Overview

Senior Talent Acquisition leader

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Hiring & Workforce Planning

• Lead recruitment strategy for

  technology, non-technology, and leadership roles

  aligned to DNEGs growth plans
• Play a pivotal role in

  building a niche technology team

  , including workforce planning, talent mapping, and phased hiring
• Partner with

  Technology, Corporate, and Business Leadership

  to understand evolving capability needs
• Translate business requirements into scalable, high-quality hiring solutions
  

Technology & Niche Skill Hiring

• Drive hiring for

  specialized technology roles

  including platform engineering, pipelines, cloud, data, AI/ML, R&D, and product engineering
• Manage niche, hard-to-hire, and leadership-level technology positions
• Provide market insights on talent availability, compensation, and competitive trends
  

Non-Technology Hiring

• Oversee hiring for

  non-technology functions

  , including but not limited to Operations, Finance, HR, Legal, Sales, Marketing, and Shared Services.
• Ensure consistent hiring standards, strong candidate experience, and timely delivery across diverse role types
• Balance

  volume hiring and specialized searches

  across business functions

Leadership & Executive Hiring

• Own recruitment for

  senior leadership and critical roles

  across technology and non-technology functions
• Lead executive search engagements, succession-linked hiring, and confidential mandates
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders on hiring strategy and talent decisions
  

Team Leadership & Capability Building

• Build, lead, and develop a

  high-performing Talent Acquisition team

• Coach recruiters on stakeholder management, niche sourcing, and assessment excellence
• Establish KPIs, governance models, and continuous improvement practices
  

Process Excellence, Governance & Employer Branding

• Strengthen recruitment processes, interview frameworks, and hiring governance aligned with DNEGs culture
• Ensure compliance with

  data privacy, internal policies, and diversity & inclusion commitments

• Partner with HR and Marketing teams to enhance DNEGs

  employer brand

  across technology and creative talent markets
• Track, analyze, and present hiring metrics and insights to senior leadership
  

Key Skills & Competencies

• Strong expertise in

  technology and non-technology hiring

• Proven experience in

  setting up new teams or functions

  in high-growth environments
• Demonstrated success in

  leadership and executive hiring

• Hands-on experience managing and scaling TA teams
• Strategic, data-driven mindset with the ability to operate in ambiguity
• Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
  

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field (MBA in HR preferred)
• 1418 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within

  fast-paced IT/ITES, media, creative, or technology-led organizations

• Exposure to

  media, entertainment, creative tech, or global delivery models

  is a strong advantage
• Strong working knowledge of ATS platforms, sourcing tools, and recruitment analytics. Experience in Jobvite/Darwin Box preferred.
