To be successful in this position, you should have proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in high-volume or field-based roles, strong interpersonal and communication skills, the ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously, and the willingness and ability to travel frequently to various locations. Proficiency in using ATS platforms and MS Office tools is essential. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, while a bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
