Senior Manager, Supply Chain Management Planning - Kinaxis

Role Overview: You will be responsible for driving strategic initiatives, managing business transformations, and leveraging industry expertise to create value-driven solutions. As a part of the Supply chain and operations practice, you will help organizations reimagine and transform their supply chains with a positive impact on business, society, and the planet. Your role will involve innovating, building competitive advantage, and improving business and societal outcomes. Key Responsibilities: - Provide strategic advisory services, conduct market research, and develop data-driven recommendations to enhance business performance. - Lead whiteboarding sessions with senior business stakeholders as the Business/Process Architect. - Utilize Business Architecture Framing techniques such as Operating Model Design, Value Chain Analysis, Customer Journey Mapping, and Business Capability Modelling. - Drive Process Discovery and/or Improvement initiatives. - Lead the creation of assets, accelerators, and use case enhancements. - Engage in business development initiatives and solutioning for RFP responses. - Demonstrate leadership qualities and the ability to solve complex business problems effectively. - Utilize strong analytical skills to reach methodical solutions. - Deliver client delight through the ability to solve complex business problems. - Possess excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. - Exhibit cross-cultural competence and thrive in a dynamic environment. - Showcase strong team-management skills. Qualifications Required: - Relevant experience in the required domain. - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. - Proven track record with marquee BPM tools like ARIS, Blueworks, Signavio, and/or market leaders in the architecture space such as LeanIX, BiZZdesign, Alfabet, etc. - In-depth knowledge of industry trends, ERP/CRM platform transformation journey, new technologies, and tools. - Experience with lean six sigma projects and/or training/certification will be a plus. - Strong communication skills to articulate complex structures in a digestible manner for clients and colleagues at all levels.
