Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manager SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central to lead end-to-end implementations, integrations, and strategy execution for Employee Central solutions. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HR transformation , client management, and overseeing enterprise-wide SuccessFactors projects. Key responsibilities include Drive SAP SF Employee Central strategy , ensuring alignment with business and HR goals Lead multiple Employee Central implementations , from planning through go-live phases Oversee system configuration, release management, and governance frameworks Provide technical and functional expertise in MDF objects, workflows, picklists, and role-based permissions Manage cross-functional teams , ensuring seamless integration with other SAP SuccessFactors modules Define and execute cutover activities, test scenarios, and validation processes Optimize Position Management, Global Assignment, Reporting, Time-Off, Time-sheet, and Benefits functionalities Serve as a trusted advisor , managing client relationships and delivering strategic solutions Ensure compliance with HR regulations, risk management practices, and data security standards Stay updated on SAP SuccessFactors innovations , driving continuous improvement and best practices Primary Skills Expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (Certified) Proven leadership in enterprise-wide SAP SF implementations and integrations Strong understanding of HR technology, process automation, and compliance Advanced skills in data modeling, release management, and instance synchronization Ability to analyze business needs and translate them into SAP SuccessFactors solutions Secondary Skills Strong stakeholder management and client relationship expertise Excellent problem-solving and analytical capabilities Experience in HR digital transformation and innovation roadmaps Knowledge of cloud security, governance, and workforce analytics Ability to drive operational efficiencies and strategic HR alignment
