Job Description

Revenue Generation:
Drive digital ad sales targets across the North region, with a focus on acquiring and growing new business from key verticals.
Client Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies and direct advertisers to secure repeat and long-term business.
Solution Selling:
Understand client objectives and craft strategic media plans using our digital platforms and products to meet those needs.
Market Analysis:
Monitor competitive activity, identify market trends, and proactively recommend new opportunities to senior leadership.
Campaign Coordination:
Collaborate with internal teams including marketing, ad ops, product, and analytics to ensure smooth campaign execution and delivery.

Qualifications:

5-8 years of experience in digital ad sales or media sales, with a strong focus on the North Indian market.
Established network within agencies and key direct clients in the region.
Excellent negotiation, presentation, and communication skills.
