Qualification -

Roles and Responsibilities

• Attend incoming leads and provide timely follow-up.
• Build and maintain strong business relationships with current and prospective customers.
• Initiate outbound calls to connect with potential clients.
• Achieve targets for cold, active, and inactive calls.
• Create and maintain a database of prospective clients.
• Work towards monthly and annual branch sales targets.
• Prepare rough estimates for clients.
• Collect booking tokens and follow up on payments (part and final).
• Collaborate with designers to send approved drawings to the factory.
• Prepare final estimates and documentation.
• Ensure client satisfaction and collect feedback reports.

Required Skills & Qualifications: -

• Graduate or Post graduate
• 1 to 4 years of experience in customer management/sales/client servicing.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Goal-oriented with a results-driven approach.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
