Role & responsibilities:

• This is an Individual contributor Role.
• Own the end-to-end sales cycle for eLearning and Digital Learning solutions across the India region.
• Drive new business acquisition and revenue growth for: 1. Custom eLearning Content Development 2. Off-the-Shelf eLearning Corporate Subscription solutions
• Develop and execute a go-to-market strategy to penetrate target accounts and industries.
• Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers including CHROs, HRBPs, L&D Heads, and senior business leaders.
• Leverage networks to create high-value opportunities and ensure repeat business.
• Meet and exceed assigned sales targets and revenue goals.
• Collaborate with solutions, product, and delivery teams to design tailored proposals and win client mandates.
• Track, report, and manage opportunities and ensure a robust sales pipeline.
• Stay updated on market trends, competition, and emerging technologies in eLearning and digital learning.

Preferred candidate profile:

• Experience: 6 to 12 years in hardcore B2B sales in eLearning, Digital Learning, Corporate Training, or EdTech.
• Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets in enterprise solutions.
• Strong CXO-level network across corporate sectors in South Asia.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to navigate complex decision-making structures and close high-value deals.
• Self-driven, aggressive, and entrepreneurial mindset with strong result orientation.
• Graduate/MBA with specialization in Sales/Marketing or HR preferred.
