Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Senior Manager to lead our Sales Performance Management team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales performance management and a proven track record of driving business growth.

Roles and Responsibility

Develop and implement effective sales performance management strategies to drive business growth.

Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and optimize sales performance.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align sales strategies with business objectives.

Provide coaching and training to sales teams to enhance their skills and performance.

Job Requirements
