Senior Manager - Sales

MBCB Products, Emulsion, PMB, Admixtures, Thermoplast, Sign Boards, and Scaffolding

Key Responsibilities

• Business Development:

  Identify and pursue business with major infrastructure players, road contractors, and builders across the country.

• Product Approvals & Tendering:

  Work to get our products approved and included in the Schedule of Rates (SOR) of government bodies and major private companies. Manage tenders for material supply.

• Client Relationship Management:

  Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement heads, project managers, and quality controllers.

• Achieve Sales Targets:

  Drive sales volume and revenue for the entire infrastructure product portfolio. This is a field-intensive role requiring extensive travel to client offices and project sites.

• Technical Consultation:

  Act as a technical consultant to clients, advising them on the best product applications and solutions.

Qualifications & Skills

• Experience:

  8-12 years of B2B/Project sales experience in the construction chemicals, bitumen products, or building materials industry.

• Education:

  A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) or a B.Sc. in Chemistry is strongly preferred.

• Network:

  An established network within infrastructure companies, and familiarity with government procurement processes (NHAI, PWD) is essential.

• Skills:

  Strong technical aptitude, project sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and persistence.
