As the Senior Manager for Infrastructure & Construction Materials, this role will lead the sales efforts for our diverse portfolio, including MBCB Products, Emulsion, PMB, Admixtures, Thermoplast, Sign Boards, and Scaffolding . The primary target market will be infrastructure contractors, real estate developers, and government agencies (NHAI, State PWDs, Municipal Corporations). This role requires deep technical knowledge and a strong network within the construction industry. Key Responsibilities Business Development: Identify and pursue business with major infrastructure players, road contractors, and builders across the country. Product Approvals & Tendering: Work to get our products approved and included in the Schedule of Rates (SOR) of government bodies and major private companies. Manage tenders for material supply. Client Relationship Management: Build strong, lasting relationships with key decision-makers, including procurement heads, project managers, and quality controllers. Achieve Sales Targets: Drive sales volume and revenue for the entire infrastructure product portfolio. This is a field-intensive role requiring extensive travel to client offices and project sites. Technical Consultation: Act as a technical consultant to clients, advising them on the best product applications and solutions. Qualifications & Skills Experience: 8-12 years of B2B/Project sales experience in the construction chemicals, bitumen products, or building materials industry. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) or a B.Sc. in Chemistry is strongly preferred. Network: An established network within infrastructure companies, and familiarity with government procurement processes (NHAI, PWD) is essential. Skills: Strong technical aptitude, project sales expertise, relationship-building skills, and persistence.

General Manager - Sales gandhinagar 15 - 18 years INR 1.75 - 2.25 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Role & responsibilities The General Manager - Sales is the senior-most commercial leader, holding ultimate responsibility for the company's entire revenue generation and profitability (P&L). Role will provide strategic direction and leadership for two distinct business verticals: Solar (Solar panel)and Infrastructure/Construction Materials (of MBCB, Emulsion, PMB, Admixtures). This role demands a visionary leader who can drive growth, build a high-performance culture, and secure our market position in both sectors. Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for both divisions to achieve turnover and profitability goals. P&L Ownership: Manage the complete sales P&L, including budgeting, forecasting, and margin control. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and drive the performance of the Senior Manager for Solar and the Senior Manager for Infrastructure Materials. Solar Division Oversight: Guide the solar sales strategy, oversee major government tender bids, and maintain relationships with top-level executives at key EPC accounts. Infrastructure Division Oversight: Steer the strategy for construction materials, engage with leadership at major infrastructure companies, and assist in securing high-value government supply contracts. Top-Level Liasioning: Represent the company at the highest levels with government bodies (e.g., MNRE, NHAI), industry associations, and key corporate clients. Preferred candidate profile Experience: 15+ years in sales and marketing, with at least 5 years in a P&L leadership role. Education: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech) is required. An MBA is highly preferred. Industry Expertise: Must have significant experience in at least one, and preferably both, of the target sectors: Solar/Renewables or Infrastructure/Construction Chemicals/Building Materials. Skills: Visionary leadership, strong financial acumen, exceptional negotiation skills, and strategic thinking.
