This role will be based in Bangalore, with potential coverage in Tamil Nadu and Chennai. **Position Details: ** - **Location: ** Bangalore - **Focus Areas: ** Defense, Military, Aerospace, Space, Satellite, Industrial, Robotics, Medical, R&D Houses, Educational Institutes, Universities, and Automotive industries. Familiarity with the following product lines would be advantageous: 1) XP Power / Traco / Power good / Meanwell / TDK-Lambda / Vicor 2) Amphenol / Souriau / Rotary / IIT Cannon / Lemo. 3) Passive Lines like Gowanda / Wurth / Coil craft / Vishay INC / Isabellen / Exxelia / VPG **Key Responsibilities: ** - Search for new clients and maximize client potential in designated regions. - Coordination with other team members in sales for their visit planning to customers / finding new opportunities in the Southern Market. - Coordination with FAE team for new business opportunities / Project Registration with suppliers / Samples support to customers / also to keep track for Prototype development for given samples and its mass production dates. - Visiting customers regularly to build good relationships and business. - Help team members for Funnel generation on forecast orders also needs to achieve given targets based on quarterly results. - Develop long-term relationships with clients by managing and interpreting their requirements. - Arrange visits along with the supplier team at Client Sites for product promotion. - Provide the weekly visit report for his and his team members for review. - Keep track for project booking and billing details. - Negotiate tender and contract terms to meet both client and company needs. - Calculate client quotations, administer client accounts, and provide pre-sales technical and commercial assistance. - Analyze costs and sales, prepare reports, and meet sales targets. - Support marketing activities by attending trade shows and making technical presentations. - Assist in the design of custom-made products and provide training to sales team members. - Take charge of the sales target for the South region. **Skill Set Required:** - Analytical and interpersonal skills. - Minimum of 10-15 years of sales experience. - Excellent organizational and negotiating abilities. - Valid drivers license. - Experience in product marketing. **Qualifications:** - A degree or diploma in Electrical / Electronics / Communications / Instrumentation Engineering/Mechanical/MBA/BBA. **Languages:** English / Kannada / Telugu / Tamil / Hindi.
