Senior Manager Sales

You are a highly dynamic and results-driven Senior Manager Sales responsible for leading sales operations across Kerala. Your role involves managing distributors, super stockists, and sub-distributors to drive sales growth in the Retail and FMCG sector. Your main responsibilities include driving statewide sales initiatives to exceed sales targets, implementing innovative strategies to maximize revenue, and expanding the distribution network by onboarding and managing key partners. You will lead a large team of sales professionals, providing mentorship and motivation to achieve ambitious goals. Developing and implementing state-level sales strategies, conducting market analysis, and ensuring operational excellence are also part of your role. To qualify for this position, you need a minimum of 15 years of sales experience, with at least 8 years in a leadership role within Retail or FMCG. You must have a strong track record of managing distributors in Kerala, driving sales growth, and excellent team management skills. Being dynamic, energetic, self-motivated, and result-oriented is essential, along with strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. Deep knowledge of the Kerala market, distribution models, and retail trade dynamics is required, as well as excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including food provision, Provident Fund, and yearly bonus. You must be able to commute or relocate to Thrissur, Kerala, before starting work. Preferred experience includes 10 years in sales.
