**Job Description:** As the Senior Manager, Recycling Supply Chain Service Provider Reporting at Circular Materials, you will report to the Director and be responsible for managing and developing the delivery of departmental deliverables related to all aspects of the program clients" reverse supply chains. You will play a crucial role in assisting the Director in business strategy and development while ensuring that all operations align with policy and standards concerning integral data reporting and analysis. **Key Responsibilities:** - Manage partner relationships within the SPR Department according to frameworks, policies, and standards. - Define performance goals, measure success, and ensure performance metrics are driving success. - Communicate at a functional/business level to stakeholders to maintain consistency, appropriateness, and alignment with business risk strategies. - Onboard partners, manage related documentation including contracts, and oversee reporting and compliance activities. - Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiencies and support the development of policies and procedures. - Establish departmental goals and objectives to contribute to strategic initiatives and projects. - Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of current scorecards, metrics, measurement/reporting, and performance compensation programs. - Analyze data to understand key business drivers, conduct data mining, and design new reports to support management. **Qualifications:** - **Education:** University degree in Supply Chain or related discipline. - **Experience:** 5+ years in reporting or analytical environment with Big Data, experience with data visualization tools such as Power BI and Microsoft suite. - **Skills:** Strong experience in data insights, superb communication skills, customer service-focused role experience.
