to lead our procurement, vendor, and inventory management operations across India.

Key Responsibilities

🛒 Procurement & Vendor Management

Lead the end-to-end

Procure-to-Pay (P2P)

process using

Zoyer

or similar ERP tools.Source, evaluate, and negotiate with vendors for quality, price, and timely delivery.Finalise vendor agreements and ensure compliance and service levels.

📦 Inventory & Consumption Tracking

Monitor

BOM

, consumption trends, and stock levels via

Zenoti

or similar platforms.Manage

Min-Max-Reorder Levels

across all clinic locations.Forecast procurement needs based on seasonality and usage.

📊 Financial & Regulatory Oversight

Coordinate with Finance for accurate

Tally entries

, invoice reconciliation, and budgeting.Oversee

import payments

,

customs clearances

, and

Bill of Entry

documentation.

👥 Team Leadership

Lead a team of

3 procurement executives

.Define KPIs, streamline processes, and implement performance improvements.

Candidate Profile

✅ Graduate/Postgraduate (MBA preferred)✅ 6–10 years in procurement/supply chain (multi-location experience preferred)✅ Proficient in

Tally, Zoyer, Zenoti

, or similar ERP tools✅ Strong vendor negotiation, analytical, and leadership skills✅ Industry background in

beauty, wellness, FMCG, or healthcare
