Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee large-scale, high-impact projects from initiation to completion
• Develop project scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource plans
• Drive cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder alignment across departments
• Anticipate risks, manage project dependencies, and implement mitigation strategies
• Monitor project progress using structured reporting tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, PMP, PRINCE2)
• Ensure quality standards, timelines, and deliverables are consistently met
• Provide leadership and guidance to project teams and junior project managers
• Report regularly to senior leadership and contribute to strategic planning

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field (Master’s degree or MBA is a plus)
• 8+ years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or senior role
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with competing priorities
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (PMP, Agile, Lean, etc.)
• Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira, Asana, or equivalent)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
• Legal right to work in Singapore (Singapore Citizen, PR, or valid work visa)
