Job Description

As a Project Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in leading finance transformation projects and ensuring alignment with business goals. Your responsibilities will include: - Leading finance transformation projects by aligning cross-functional teams, managing risks, and driving measurable outcomes. - Defining project goals, success criteria, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, and prioritizing initiatives accordingly. - Establishing and maintaining PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and tools for consistent execution. - Developing and managing project plans, budgets, and resource allocations. - Facilitating workshops to identify opportunities and design solutions leveraging enterprise technology. - Monitoring project health, driving change management, and stakeholder engagement through actionable recommendations and progress updates. - Mentoring project managers and team members to foster continuous improvement and a strong team culture. Qualifications required for this role include: - MBA or Post Qualification degree - PMP certification or equivalent project management certification - 12+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in a PMO leadership role. - Demonstrated success in managing finance-related projects such as ERP implementations, financial reporting automation, and accounting process optimization. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change leadership skills. - Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar. Additionally, preferred experience includes: - Working in a matrixed or global organization. - Experience in Agile and hybrid project delivery environments. - Strong understanding of finance functions like financial planning and analysis (FP&A) and accounting operations. - Strong problem-solving and analytical skills with attention to detail in a complex environment. - Ability to influence without authority to drive change and manage conflicting priorities. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for presenting results and recommendations clearly. - Self-starter with a proven track record of leading projects and delivering tangible results. - Ability to work independently in a cross-cultural environment with excellent attention to detail and time management skills. - Flexibility for projects in other functional areas based on business needs.
