Role Overview We are looking for an experienced Senior Manager – Project Finance with strong expertise in financial structuring, project evaluation, and fundraising for renewable energy projects. The ideal candidate will lead the financing strategy for solar projects, liaise with banks/financial institutions, and ensure timely financial closure to support the company’s growth. Key Responsibilities Lead project financing activities for solar projects (Open Access, Rooftop, and Utility-scale). Build and evaluate detailed financial models including IRR, DSCR, payback period, and sensitivity analysis. Manage end-to-end debt raising process – from preparing DPRs and loan applications to negotiations and disbursement. Liaise with banks, NBFCs, investors, and credit rating agencies to secure project financing. Review and negotiate term sheets, loan agreements, and financial covenants . Coordinate with internal teams (Business Development, EPC, Legal) for financial due diligence and risk assessment. Monitor cash flow, loan compliance, and repayment schedules for ongoing projects. Identify innovative financing structures such as leasing, hybrid, or green bonds to optimize project returns. Qualifications & Skills MBA (Finance) / CA / CFA / equivalent with strong financial background. Minimum 8–12 years of experience in project finance, preferably in the renewable energy / power / infrastructure sector . Proven track record in debt raising, project financing, and financial closures . Strong expertise in financial modeling, credit appraisal, and risk analysis . Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects under tight timelines. Job Description – Senior Manager (Design & Engineering, Solar EPC – Ground-Mounted Projects) Position Overview The Senior Manager – Design & Engineering will be primarily responsible for reviewing, validating, and approving engineering designs and drawings prepared by external engineering consultants for ground-mounted solar EPC projects. The role requires ensuring technical accuracy, compliance with applicable standards, optimization for cost and performance, and smooth integration with project execution. Key Responsibilities Design Review & Validation Review and validate drawings, designs, and engineering documents submitted by consultants (including SLDs, GA drawings, layouts, and equipment sizing). Ensure compliance with IEC/IS codes, MNRE, DISCOM, and CEA requirements. Evaluate designs for constructability, safety, and long-term performance. Verify PVsyst reports, energy yield assessments, and equipment selection. Approval & Coordination Provide timely technical approvals of consultant deliverables. Coordinate with consultants, clients, and statutory bodies for design clarifications and approvals. Ensure engineering documents are aligned with project BOQ, specifications, and contract requirements. Project Execution Support Guide the project and construction teams by clarifying design-related queries. Monitor implementation to ensure adherence to approved designs. Review as-built drawings and handover documentation. Optimization & Risk Mitigation Identify design gaps, risks, and improvement opportunities in consultant submissions. Recommend value-engineering measures to optimize costs without compromising quality. Ensure reliability, safety, and efficiency in the final design. Leadership & Teamwork Lead internal engineering review meetings. Mentor junior engineers in design review processes. Coordinate cross-functionally with procurement, execution, and quality teams. Qualifications & Experience B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Power/Renewable Energy (M.Tech preferred). 10–15 years of experience in solar EPC projects, with significant exposure to design review and approvals . Strong knowledge of PV system design (DC & AC side), grid connectivity, substation interface, and protection systems. Hands-on experience with PVsyst, AutoCAD, and electrical design software. Proven ability to manage consultants and ensure quality deliverables. Key Skills Strong design review and quality-checking ability. Deep understanding of solar PV engineering standards. Eye for detail with focus on compliance and risk mitigation.
