MAIN PURPOSE The Director Office of the CIO is responsible for leading and integrating key IT governance functions, driving strategic portfolio execution, and ensuring cohesive oversight of financial, vendor, project, and performance management within Orbia IT. The role supports the CIO in implementing the IT strategy and operating model and fosters transparency, control, and agility across IT operations, ensuring alignment with organizational goals. 2. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Strategic advisor to the CIO on the IT Strategy, IT Operating Plan and IT Operating Model. Identify and manage interdependencies, risks, and critical success factors across programs. Own and maintain IT policies, processes, standards, and quality compliance across the function. Support change enablement activities and manage communication initiatives in partnership with HR and Communications for IT led programs and transformations. Ensure integrated workforce and capacity planning, location strategy, tracking headcount, succession planning, role-based requirements and talent initiatives. Drive continuous improvement initiatives across the Office of the CIO domain, implementing required tools and frameworks for service excellence and continuous improvement. 3.
