Associate Director - Project Manager Finance

Role Overview: As a Project Manager Finance in this role, you will be a strategic and results-driven individual contributor responsible for leading finance transformation projects, ensuring alignment with business goals, and enhancing project governance and delivery excellence. You will work with cross-functional teams, manage risks, drive measurable outcomes, and mentor colleagues to foster continuous improvement and a strong team culture. Key Responsibilities: - Lead finance transformation projects by aligning cross-functional teams, managing risks, and driving measurable outcomes. - Define project goals, success criteria, and requirements in collaboration with stakeholders, and prioritize initiatives accordingly. - Establish and maintain PMO governance frameworks, methodologies, and tools for consistent execution. - Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and resource allocations. - Facilitate workshops to identify opportunities and design solutions leveraging enterprise technology. - Monitor project health, drive change management, and stakeholder engagement through clear recommendations and progress updates. - Mentor project managers, lean consultants, and team members to foster continuous improvement and a strong team culture. Qualifications: - MBA or Post Qualification degree is required. - PMP certification or equivalent project management certification. - 12+ years of project management experience, with at least 4 years in a PMO leadership role. - Demonstrated success in managing finance-related projects such as ERP implementations and financial reporting automation. - Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and change in leadership skills. - Proficiency in project management tools such as MS Project, Jira, or similar. Additional Company Details: The role operates under a hybrid work model, with a combination of in-office and remote work. The candidate is expected to work from the company's Gurgaon office 4 days per week.
