Role Summary:

The Senior Manager – PPC will oversee end-to-end Production Planning and Control

operations, ensuring smooth workflow across departments, timely order execution, and

strong client relationship management. The role requires balancing operational efficiency,

manpower and machine utilization, customer satisfaction, and continuous process

improvement.

Job Requirements

• Educational Qualification:

Graduated in B.Tech (Mechanical Engineering)

• Industry Experience:

Background in Forging and Automobile manufacturing or related industrial sectors is preferred.

• Notice Period:

Candidates with a maximum notice period of 20–25 days will be considered.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Relationship & Communication

• Build and maintain strong client relationships by addressing concerns, complaints, and queries effectively.
• Escalate client issues to the relevant departments and ensure timely and appropriate corrective actions.

2. Production Planning & Coordination

• Oversee daily production planning across departments based on client requirements and delivery timelines.
• Coordinate with Sales & Marketing teams to resolve client issues and prioritize urgent or high-value orders.
• Monitor dispatch schedules to ensure timely and accurate deliveries, aligned with monthly sales targets.
• Receive regular updates from Production, Maintenance, and Quality teams on operational progress.

3. Operations & Policy Management

• Lead the implementation of lean manufacturing, cost control, and efficiency improvement initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a production blueprint aligned with management’s sales goals.
• Conduct internal audits to ensure compliance with quality, safety, and operational policies.
• Provide leadership in resolving production challenges and driving cross-departmental process improvements.

4. Team Leadership

• Guide, support, and motivate supervisors and team leaders to ensure smooth daily operations.
• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and employee productivity.
• Ensure safe, healthy, and collaborative working conditions across departments.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
