• Engine manufacturing process, like Honing, Machining center , Programming, Tool correction, Understanding of Fanuc, Siemens Controls
• Machining, Cutting Tool,
• CNC Programming
• Basic Machine systems
• knowledgeable about various milling, drilling, reaming grinding, finish boring operations
• Use of Quality Tools
• DWM Approach
• Knowledge about SPC, MSA & PFMEA.
• People Management / IR issue handling / conflict Management
• Work experience of MOST, Work content reduction
• Sound knowledge of Engine Mechanism & Function
• Experience of Engine Mfg. process and production management
• Should be aware of TPM Principles and application
• Sound knowledge about CMM & GD & T
