Senior Manager Plant Production & Supply Chain

As a Senior Manager of Plant Production and Supply Chain, your role will involve overseeing plant operations and planning activities across multiple SKUs and locations in the FMCG/Food Processing industry. Your key responsibilities will include: - Manage plant operations and production to ensure timely delivery of customer orders (local & export) while upholding quality standards. - Plan and execute supply chain planning, including Demand Planning, Production Planning, Operations planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Exports Planning, and movement of multiple SKUs across regions. This also involves warehouse management and 3PL operations. - Oversee inventory management for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. - Develop and monitor production plans aligned with demand forecasts from sales & marketing. - Coordinate CFA operations with warehouses and logistics managers to ensure timely dispatches and service level adherence. - Optimize line efficiency, yield, and shift planning across multiple plants or units. - Collaborate with various departments such as production, sales, marketing, logistics, procurement, warehousing, maintenance, quality, and housekeeping. - Manage vendor relationships including contract negotiation, quality control, and cost optimization. - Monitor key supply chain and operations KPIs, analyze data, and drive continuous improvements. Qualifications required for this role are a B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Food, along with 15 years of experience in plant operations and manufacturing in FMCG/Food industry. Additionally, experience in supply chain management, planning, production planning, PPC, line efficiency, ERP systems, warehousing, CFA operations, logistics, inventory management, and transportation planning is essential. Proficiency in Telugu is mandatory along with strong interpersonal and communication skills in English and Hindi. Your skills and competencies should include proven ability to manage multiple SKUs and operations at scale, strong cross-functional collaboration, leadership capabilities, driving process improvements, cost optimization, operational efficiency, and knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, S/4HANA, or equivalent.,
