Senior Manager Plant Production & Supply Chain

As a Senior Manager of Plant Production and Supply Chain, you will play a crucial role in overseeing plant operations and planning activities across multiple SKUs and locations. Your responsibilities will include: - Managing plant operations and production to ensure timely delivery of customer orders while upholding quality standards. - Planning and managing supply chain activities such as Demand Planning, Production Planning, Operations planning, Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Exports Planning, and warehouse management. - Overseeing inventory management for raw materials, packaging materials, and finished goods. - Developing and monitoring production plans in alignment with demand forecasts. - Coordinating CFA operations to ensure timely dispatches and service level adherence. - Optimizing line efficiency, yield, and shift planning across multiple plants. - Managing vendor relationships, including contract negotiation and cost optimization. - Monitoring key supply chain and operations KPIs, analyzing data, and implementing continuous improvements. Qualifications Required: - B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical or Food. - 15 years of experience in plant operations and manufacturing in FMCG/Food industry, handling multiple units/SKUs, and in supply chain management and planning. - Strong knowledge of production planning, PPC, line efficiency, and ERP systems. - Experience in warehousing, CFA operations, logistics, inventory management, and transportation planning. - Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills. - Strong interpersonal and communication skills for cross-functional coordination. - Ability to manage large teams across multiple plants. - Exposure to export planning and customer service. - Proficiency in Telugu, English, and Hindi languages.
