As a Supply Chain Specialist in our FMCG industry located in Hyderabad, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end SKU handling across Pan India. Your role will involve coordinating with CFA partners, monitoring SKU movements, improving fill rates, collaborating with various teams, preparing MIS reports, forecasting inventory needs, and supporting the S&OP process through data analysis. You should have 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain, Inventory, or Logistics roles with a strong command of Advanced Excel, experience with CFA models, understanding of Fill Rate metrics and S&OP, proficiency in generating MIS reports, and excellent analytical and communication skills. A degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or related fields will be preferred. Experience in FMCG/Retail/E-commerce sectors handling multiple SKUs would be an added advantage. Key Responsibilities Responsible for the daily P&L production and evaluation along with ensuring integrity of Balance-Sheet of Transaction Banking [Cash Management and Trade products]. Understand the transactions booked in Trade products and Cash management business from a commercial aspect including Return on RWA. Compute and build control to ensure consistent Pass Through Rate [PTR] in cash management business. Deep understanding of various Trade Products such as Working capital Loans, Trade Loans, Open Account Financing, Import/Export Trade products [LC related products] Review and reasoning of Daily, Weekly and month NIM fluctuations across the countries and Balance Sheet Movement. New deal review and revenue recognition in line with IFRS9 & IFRS15 accounting standards. Actively engaging with stakeholders across multiple functions and representing PC on various forums. Responsible to oversee and review the BAU controls, reporting, and escalation process. Production of periodic MI pack with commentaries. Establishing best practice across various PC process, streamlining and automation. Review of Key Control Indicators (KCI) and Control Sample Testing (CST). Supporting control & governance, external audits and regulators queries. Support new business initiative and help execute on management strategies. Lead project delivery and represent Product Control in project forums. Qualifications Educated to degree level; preferably CA / CFA / MBA in Finance Product Control Experience of managing Banking book portfolio. Strong command over IFRS9 and IFRS15. Ability to work under constant pressure to tight deadlines and deliver high quality output. Excellent interpersonal skills. Analytical, Innovative and questioning mindset. Minimum 8-10 yrs of experience with most recent 3 years in Product Control

Key Responsibilities: Financial Due Diligence Execution: Lead end-to-end financial due diligence processes for transactions in the FS sector, including M&A, divestitures, and capital raising. Identify and evaluate financial risks, opportunities, and synergies for clients. Client Advisory & Reporting: Prepare detailed due diligence reports, including findings, financial analyses, and recommendations. Present results and insights to clients, management teams, and stakeholders. Provide strategic advice on deal structuring, financial performance, and risk mitigation. Team Leadership & Project Management: Manage and mentor a team of analysts and junior associates, providing guidance on financial analysis and due diligence processes. Oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resource allocation to ensure high-quality outcomes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including tax, legal, and operational due diligence experts. Industry & Market Analysis: Conduct industry and market research to support due diligence findings and assess market trends impacting the FS sector. Stay updated on regulatory changes, accounting standards, and best practices relevant to the FS industry. Process Improvement & Innovation: Identify opportunities to improve due diligence methodologies, tools, and processes for efficiency and effectiveness. Contribute to thought leadership initiatives, white papers, and best practices in the FDD space. Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Professional certifications like CPA, CA, CFA, or MBA (Finance) are highly desirable. Experience: 57 years of experience in financial due diligence, transaction advisory, or corporate finance, preferably in the FS sector. Strong background in financial analysis, accounting, and deal advisory. Experience with financial modeling, valuation techniques, and risk assessment. Skills: Advanced proficiency in Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities. Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects and work under tight deadlines in fast-paced environments.

Monitoring and reviewing C&F agents' adherence to performance standards, SLAs etc., reporting on the effectiveness of warehousing activities, along with the implementation of planned interventions shall also be critical to the role holder. Functional Support: Working as a support for the development of logistic tools like audit reports, SOPs, and related activities. 2. Customer Excellence Rate Updations: Updating rates in the portal every month on the same day the new price list mail is received from the Commercial Team. CFA/ Sales and Distribution ; Providing Operations support on CFA operations/SAP related to sales order processing 3. Financial Excellence Effective Debtors Management: Creating a mechanism to ensure cheque compliance with order policy execution, reviewing overdue outstanding balances, and adjusting unadjusted credit balances every month.
