Role & responsibilities

  • The role requires strong analytical ability, deep knowledge of C&B frameworks, and the capability to translate HR data into strategic business recommendations
  • Lead people analytics initiatives to support workforce planning, performance management, retention, and compensation decisions.
  •  Build dashboards and analytics models using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, HRMS, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, etc.
