Job Description

Role & responsibilities

The role requires strong analytical ability, deep knowledge of C&B frameworks, and the capability to translate HR data into strategic business recommendations
Lead people analytics initiatives to support workforce planning, performance management, retention, and compensation decisions.
Build dashboards and analytics models using tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableau, HRMS, SAP SuccessFactors, Darwinbox, etc.
