Senior Manager - Operations(HoReCa Supply)

Lokmitra Ventures Private Limited is seeking an experienced Senior Manager – Operations (HoReCa Supply) to lead and manage end-to-end operations related to the supply of crockery, kitchen appliances, barware, and kitchenware to hotel chains and hospitality clients. The role involves overseeing procurement, vendor coordination, inventory and warehouse management, order processing, logistics and dispatch, quality control, and timely fulfillment of client requirements while maintaining cost efficiency and service standards. The candidate will manage operational teams, coordinate with sales and finance for order execution and billing, handle client escalations, ensure compliance with internal SOPs, and support business expansion and key account servicing across the HoReCa sector. The ideal candidate should have strong operations and supply-chain experience in the hospitality or allied industry, excellent leadership and coordination skills, and the ability to drive efficiency, reliability, and long-term client relationships.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
