Experience: 5+ Years | Reports To: FoundersTeam: Creator Ops | Community | Platform GrowthAs Senior Manager – Live Operations & Strategy, you’ll be the engine driving STAN’s daily live ecosystem. Your mission: ensure creators go live, communities stay active, and platform KPIs go up and to the right. You’ll work closely with founders, lead a team, and take ownership of metrics across creator activity, user engagement, retention, and monetisation.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesDaily Platform Ops: Own the end-to-end operations of Stan's Live Clubs, ensuring thousands of sessions happen daily with high energy and creator-led engagement.Community Growth: Build and scale thriving creator communities and user cohorts; activate new verticals, subcultures, and fan groups.KPI Ownership: Drive DAU, WAU, MAU, D1/D7/D30 retention, time spent per user, and number of creators going live daily.Creator Success: Track and grow creator earnings across the platform. Ensure top creators are engaged, active, and growing with us.Strategy & Execution: Design and execute playbooks to scale content supply, engagement loops, and retention strategies.Team Leadership: Manage a team of ops associates, community managers, and analysts.
