Interested Candidates Call & Whatapp me - 9810920629 Profile - Senior Manager - Operation - ED-TECH Experience - 5 Years + CTC - 65K Notice Period - Immediate Joiner Location - Rohini Sec - 10 Company - Aimlay Pvt Ltd Senior Manager : Requirements for Sr. Manager / Manager (Ops – PhD) Experience: · Should have demonstrable experience of at least two (2) years as Manager or Assistant Manager while managing a team in the Education domain · Experience should be focused on Post-Sales or Backend working of the process for admission workflow and/or student journey · Total Experience of at least five (5) years ( majority of which should be in the Education Domain ) Good to have: · Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi · Quick-thinker with a solution-driven approach · Multi-tasker with an ability to take on multiple roles · Confident with an outgoing personality · Ability to absorb knowledge quickly and efficiently KRAs for Sr. Manager / Manager (Ops – PhD) 1. Leadership and Team Management: - Lead by example and demonstrate professionalism and integrity in all interactions - Conduct regular 1-on-1s with the team to know their issues and understand their needs - Be the first point of contact for internal grievances and personal issues of team members by addressing their issues and fulfilling their needs - Take accountability for own work and for the work done by the team members - Prepare the growth plans for each individual in the team 2. Task and Process Management: - Be the first point of contact for inter-departmental coordination and related workflows including escalation management - Work towards process refinement for better efficiency and reduced TATs - Suggest out-of-the-box solutions wherever required and wherever possible - Ensure that all the assigned tasks are getting resolved within the defined time - Maintain records of work done by every team member and ensure accuracy - Follow-up with different teams/universities to get updates and resolutions for matters pertaining to various cases - Conduct university visits in situations that demand higher supervision and interaction - Conduct random audits on work of team members - Develop SOP’s, KB’s work flow, and other documents for process improvement 3. Training, Development and Communication: - Ensure work on knowledge improvement and upskilling of self and of team members - Ensure proper knowledge transfer and training for new team members - Present all relevant data to the management as and when required - Ensure effective communication between team, other departments, and senior management - Continuously seek opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains within the team 4. Performance Monitoring and Update: - Closely monitor individual and team performance metrics and implement strategies for improvement - Act as a liaison between team members and management - Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and quality standards - Provide timely updates and reports on team performance and progress P.S.: Candidates with Study Abroad or University experiences are acceptable too.
