Role: Senior Manager – Network & Design

We’re hiring a strategist who can also execute—someone who enjoys deep network analysis, scenario modelling, and turning ideas into optimized, scalable solutions.

In this role, you will:

✅ Analyze Blue Dart’s pan-India network performance across hubs, gateways, linehaul & delivery

✅ Build scenario models for expansion, consolidation, routing changes & cost improvement

✅ Support hub automation projects and facility design changes with ROI tracking

✅ Work closely with Regional Ops, IT, and Finance to implement network design initiatives

✅ Build dashboards and performance monitors for utilization, cost per shipment & SLA metrics

✅ Benchmark our network against industry leaders and recommend improvements

Who Should Apply?

We’re looking for professionals who bring:

network optimization / supply chain planning / logistics modelling

simulation tools, routing/optimization engines, and BI dashboards

hub & spoke design, capacity planning, facility layouts, or automation projects

• Data-driven mindset, execution ownership, and stakeholder influencing capability

• Engineering / Supply Chain / Operations background preferred
