Job Description

As a Senior Manager in the Life Sciences Marketing team within Accenture's Strategy & Consulting Global Network Song practice, you will play a crucial role in driving marketing transformation for clients in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and medical technology industries. Your responsibilities will include: - Strong project management skills: You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering content initiatives successfully. This involves managing timelines, budgets, resources, and coordinating cross-functional teams. - Analytical & data-driven mindset: You will drive result-oriented decisions and strategies for marketing transformation projects. - Consulting & Advisory services: Conduct market research, analyze pharmaceutical markets, identify new opportunities, conduct competitor benchmarking, patient journey mapping, segmentation & targeting. - Digital Marketing expertise: Develop end-to-end strategies and campaigns, lead content marketing, social media, and web engagement programs, ensure alignment with overall content strategy, and optimize campaign deployment. - Marketing Technology leadership: Assess marketing platforms, propose solutions, define KPIs, lead MarTech consulting projects, recommend new systems, and have hands-on experience with various Mar-tech tools. - Gen AI implementation: Stay updated on AI developments in the life sciences industry, develop customized solutions for clients, and have experience with CDP tools and platforms. - Sales & Business Development: Drive new business engagements, define GTM strategy, facilitate client discussions, and own RFP/RFI responses from life science customers. - Practice Development: Support overall growth of the practice, collaborate with key stakeholders, establish a network, lead and motivate diverse teams, and contribute to talent strategy and capability development.
