Job Role :
To lead and elevate the marketing function of Champion Infratech positioning the company as a pioneer in luxury, technology-driven, lagoon/amenity-centric real estate and services communities. The role will be responsible for building the brand, driving demand for residential, commercial, mixed-use and service offerings (amenity-led communities, leisure destinations, hospitality tie-ups), and ensuring that marketing is fully aligned with the companys innovation, sustainability and growth strategy (e.g., integrating the lagoon/Crystal Lagoons)
Key Responsibilities :--
Strategic Marketing Leadership
- Define and drive the marketing vision and strategy for Champion Infratech, aligning with your pillars: real-estate development, infrastructure/amenity innovation (beachfront, lagoon), hospitality/leisure tie-ups.
- Develop clear target segments (HNI end-users, NRIs, institutional partners, hospitality investors, land-owners), articulate value propositions (e.g., experiential lagoon living, smart lifestyle community, “amenity-led luxury by the beach/inland”).
- Lead market intelligence and competitive benchmarking (including adjacent luxury hospitality, resort-residential, smart-township product) to identify new markets, geography-expansion priorities, product differentiators and pipeline opportunities.
- Set marketing KPIs (brand-awareness, qualified leads for residential/commercial/services, conversion, cost per lead/acquisition, channel return, ROI) and track pipelinetobooking/sales outcomes.
Brand & Communications
- Own and strengthen the Champion Infratech brand identity — reflecting innovation (technology, smart infrastructure), sustainability (eco-friendly, integrated amenities), luxury lifestyle, and experiential living (via lagoons/amenities).
- Oversee creative campaigns (visual identity, storytelling, project launches, amenity-showcases, digital twin/VR/immersive experience).
- Lead external communications (PR, media relations, investor communications, land-owner & collaborator outreach), and internal communications (aligning marketing with company culture and services business).
- Drive digital-first presence: website, social media, content marketing (including experiential videos, virtual tours, digital twin renders), SEO/SEM, influencer / luxury-lifestyle partnerships.
Go-to-Market (GTM) & Demand Generation
- Plan go-to-market strategies for each major project/vertical: residential communities, mixed-use developments, amenity hubs (beachfront/lagoons), services business (e.g., property-services, hospitality partners).
- Work closely with sales/BD teams, channel partners/brokers, investor relations teams, land-owners to generate and convert leads — build a strong pipeline from launch sale/lease services.
- Manage marketing budget and channel mix (ATL/BTL, digital, events/exhibitions, experiential activations, luxury-partnering), with disciplined ROI-focus.
- Innovate in how you go to market: for example, leveraging your technology/amenity edge (lagoon, smart homes) to host immersive launch events, virtual experiences, high-net-worth investor forums.
Customer / Investor Experience & Retention
- Extend marketing beyond acquisition: support the after-sales/asset-services stage (for communities/leisure properties), to build loyalty, referrals, repeat business.
- Use CRM, analytics and customer feedback mechanisms to drive upsell (premium units, services add-ons), community engagement (events, loyalty), and investor advocacy.
- Develop lifecycle-marketing frameworks: from awareness interest purchase hand-over/possession community/stewardship advocacy.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Build and lead the marketing team for Champion Infratech (across digital, content/creative, analytics, event/experiential, channel marketing). Foster capabilities around innovation, analytics, branding and luxury-marketing.
- Collaborate with functions across the group: Development/Project Management (product features/amenities), Design/Architecture (amenity & lagoon narratives), Finance (pipeline modelling, ROI for marketing spend), Legal/Compliance (regulatory disclosures, advertising norms), Sales/Channel.
- Select, manage and coordinate agencies/vendors (creative, digital, events) to deliver high-impact campaigns and experiences.
Innovation & Sustainability
- Leverage your company’s strategic advantage (e.g., lagoon/amenity technology, beachfront/inland experiential living, smart-infrastructure) in marketing narratives and campaigns — making you stand out in the real-estate market.
- Embed sustainability and ESG in marketing — promote eco-friendly construction, smart homes, wellness/lifestyle communities, and the premium value this brings to customers, investors and land-owners.
- Explore new formats of experience: virtual reality/augmented reality tours, digital twins of communities, immersive launch events, influencer/luxury-lifestyle collaborations.
Experience & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 10+ years
of marketing experience with at least 5-8 years in a senior role, ideally within real estate development, luxury hospitality/resort, mixed-use township or lifestyle-led real-estate services.- Proven track-record of successful project launches, brand-elevation, demand generation and measurable growth in real-estate or closely related lifestyle sectors.
- Strong commercial mindset: understanding of real estate business models (pre-sales, lease, services revenue, joint-ventures), margin/leverage sensitivity, channel partner networks.
- Deep digital marketing, analytics, CRM and content-marketing experience; strong familiarity with luxury/lifestyle marketing and experiential brand campaigns.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management (investors, land-owners, brokers/distributors, internal leadership), communication, negotiation, team building skills.
- Specific advantage: experience in technology-enabled real estate (smart homes, amenities, leisure resorts), sustainability/ESG marketing.
- Familiarity with Indian real-estate regulatory environment (RERA, etc.), and high-net-worth investor segments (domestic + NRI) is a plus.
