Senior Manager Marketing Operations

Role objective:

We are looking to hire a highly experienced Activation & Production Professional with 10–15 years of relevant experience in rural and urban marketing activations. The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of on-ground execution, production workflows, and vendor management across multiple formats.

Role deliverables:

·      End-to-end execution of rural and urban roadshows, dealer activations, and brand campaigns

·      Overseeing dealer board production, in-shop branding, wall painting, and digital wall painting projects

·      Vendor sourcing, costing, and quality control across various geographies

·      Managing execution teams and ensuring timely, high-quality deliverables

·      Strong understanding of materials, fabrication processes, and ground-level challenges

·      Liaising with internal teams and clients for alignment on execution strategy and creative adaptation

Mandatory Skills required:

·      10–15 years in BTL, activations, and production-heavy roles

·      Hands-on experience in rural activations, dealer branding, and wall painting campaigns

·      Deep knowledge of production and fabrication processes across different media

·      Ability to manage large-scale multi-location campaigns

·      Strong vendor network and negotiation skills
