Client Servicing Director - Digital

Role objective:

We are looking for highly motivated and experienced Digital Marketing Leader, who has experience in driving Digital business (including Social Media) with leading brands as clients.

The Digital Marketing Leader will set up the Digital team and drive the digital business - drive client acquisition /business development, drive execution & build strong brand partnerships, along with driving digital/social media leg of existing clients/campaigns.

She/He will manage and execute digital marketing strategies for Clients as well as for SAND Network. Key technical skills include SEO, SEM, content marketing, social media marketing, performance marketing, website development & management, etc. Also required are strong project management, communication, and strategic thinking abilities. Keen appreciation of emerging spheres like Artificial Intelligence and its application in communication strategies will be an added advantage.

The person has to have relevant experience in advertising/digital marketing industry. The role involves generating new business, growing existing business, strategizing & executing digital/social media campaigns, client servicing & revenue generation. The person must have 10-20 years of experience.

She/He must preferably be well networked with marketing fraternity of various companies as this will enable building leads & winning new clients.

Role Deliverables:

· Set up the Digital Business & Digital Team of SAND Network and Drive the Digital Business

· Business Development / Client Acquisition and Revenue generation:

Drive revenues from Digital & Social Media projects

· Strategic Planning and Execution:

Develop and implement digital marketing strategies for Clients.

· Content Creation and Optimization:

Create engaging content for various platforms, including blogs, videos, and social media, while optimizing for SEO. This will be done both for Clients as well as for SAND Network

· Social Media Management:

Manage social media presence, build communities, and drive engagement for Clients & SAND Network

· SEO, SEM, Performance Marketing & Website development for clients

· Any other Digital Marketing Services/Social media related offerings to Clients

· Performance Analysis and Reporting:

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), analyze campaign performance, and generate reports.

· Staying Updated:

Keep abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and technologies.

· Team Leadership:

Supervise and develop team members.

Collaborate with Client Servicing, Planning & Creative teams to align Client offerings.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's/Master’s degree in any discipline.

Language Proficiency Required:

· English – High proficiency in written & spoken English

· Knowledge of any regional language/s will be useful
