We’re Hiring | Senior Manager – Marketing & Business Development (Domestic & International)

Role Overview

Senior Manager – Marketing & Business Development

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop

    new business opportunities

    with OEMs and Tier-1/Tier-2 customers (India & exports)
  • Manage

    RFQs, costing coordination, negotiations, and order closures

  • Strengthen relationships with

    existing key accounts

  • Expand export business through

    international customer visits and trade fairs

  • Coordinate with engineering, production, quality, and finance teams
  • Track market trends, competition, and growth opportunities

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 7+ years of experience in Marketing / Business Development in the forging industry (mandatory)

  • Experience with

    automotive & industrial forgings/ Ring rolling /Precision components

  • Exposure to

    domestic and international OEM customers

  • B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical preferred); MBA is an added advantage
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and business development skills
  • Willing to travel extensively
