We are seeking a Manager / Senior Manager Impact Measurement to leadthe impact measurement agenda for India and oversee Impact operations acrossSoutheast Asia (SEA). This role is critical to ensuring high-qualitymeasurement and reporting for our Skilling initiative, which spans multiplegeographies and impacts thousands of beneficiaries annually.
The ideal candidate has business excellence or process managementbackground, combined with the ability to manage teams and systems acrossregions. You will ensure MEL processes are executed accurately, on-time, and atscale while building capacity in associates who bring deep MEL expertise.
Key Responsibilities
1. LeadImpact Measurement for India
- Own theend-to-end MEL agenda for IndiaSkilling initiative, ensuring timely,accurate, and reliable reporting.
- Partnerwith India program leadership to align MEL processes with strategic priorities
- Monitorprogram KPIs (placements, incremental outcomes, completions, employabilitymetrics) and flag risks early.
- Ensure datapipelines (from partner institutes to national reporting) are robust and auditready
2. Manage SEA Impact Operations
- Supervise andmentor associates across SEA, ensuring consistent delivery and professionalgrowth
- Drivealignment between India and SEA MEL practices to deliver at scale
- Buildcapacity in Associates, instilling process discipline, data quality checks, anddash-boarding excellence.
- Coordinatewith Regional Program Heads to integrate MEL findings into decision-making.
3. Process Excellence Continuous Improvement
- Map MELworkflows (from enrollments to placements and incremental impact studies) andimplement process improvements
- Use processexcellence tools to improve timeliness, accuracy, and early warning systems.
- Developreal-time dashboards (Excel/Power BI) for leadership, tracking India and SEAperformance at multiple levels.
- Lead theimplementation of sampling frameworks, placement validation studies, andoutcome evaluations for skilling.
4. Stakeholder Engagement Communication
- RepresentMEL in India and SEA leadership reviews, ensuring confidence in data accuracy.
- Prepareexecutive-ready presentations and reports for senior leadership and externalpartners.
- Workclosely with program teams to translate insights into operational improvements.
Education Experience
- Masterdegree in business, Public Policy, Development, Statistics, or a related field.
- 6-10 yearsof progressive experience in business excellence, process management, or monitoringevaluation.
- Experiencemanaging teams and working across geographies.
- Exposure tothe skilling, education, or employability sector is strongly preferred
Technical Skills
- Strongprocess improvement toolkit
- Advancedproficiency in Excel and Power BI; familiarity with SQL/Python/R a plus.
- Understandingof ME frameworks, sampling, and outcome evaluation methodologies (can belearned on the job)
