Job Description

As an experienced legal professional, you will be responsible for overseeing legal services and engaging with clients in a supervisory role within the LPO or corporate legal environment. Your key responsibilities will include: - Utilizing your 15 years of legal experience to provide expert contract analysis, litigation support, and ensure compliance with regulations. - Demonstrating proficiency in drafting legal documents, conducting research, and interpreting laws effectively. - Managing and leading teams to handle multiple priorities and work efficiently under pressure. - Engaging with clients effectively, showcasing strong communication skills, and maintaining high standards of ethics, confidentiality, and integrity. To qualify for this role, you must have the following qualifications and experience: - LL.B. from a recognized law school is mandatory, while an LL.M. in Business Laws is preferred. - A minimum of 10+ years in a supervisory or client-facing position in an LPO or corporate legal setup. - Exposure to U.S., U.K., or other common law jurisdictions is advantageous. - Proven expertise in utilizing research tools such as Westlaw, LexisNexis, contract management platforms like Icertis, DocuSign CLM, and case management systems such as Clio, ActionStep, Practice Panther. Your skills and competencies should include strong drafting, research, and interpretation abilities, familiarity with legal research tools and management platforms, as well as excellent communication and client engagement skills.,
