Senior Manager - Lean Digital Transformation

As a Senior Manager for Lean Digital Transformation at Genpact, your role will involve collaborating with Ops leads, Vertical Leads, and customers to design, implement, and drive value-generating (VG) roadmaps and Transformation Roadmaps. You will work with various teams such as Consulting, Solutions, Transition, Training, Ops, and Practice to understand and deliver contractual commitments, deal books, and customer priorities. Your responsibilities will also include identifying process bottlenecks, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing process improvements and digital solutions across the organization. Additionally, you will support teams in their Lean Journey for continuous improvement and operationalize the Lean Approach. Key Responsibilities: - Design, implement, and drive Value Generating roadmaps and Transformation Roadmaps - Collaborate with various teams to understand and deliver contractual commitments and customer priorities - Identify process bottlenecks, conduct root cause analysis, and implement process improvements and digital solutions - Support teams in their Lean Journey for continuous improvement - Conduct Lean Action Workouts, Kaizen events, and create roadmaps for transformation and Lean Initiatives - Lead and deliver Lean Digital projects that improve end-to-end processes and drive significant business impact - Conduct Quality Awareness and Lean Trainings within the organization - Build Process Excellence and Digital culture in the team, driving productivity and process improvement projects aligned with business initiatives - Support Transition teams in volume analysis, metric baselining, and target setting for new processes - Drive Standardization and Global Best Practices within the organization - Interact with Clients to understand Key business Priorities and Opportunity identification - Build detailed communication plans and work with significant communication and design teams to deliver impactful creative output Qualifications we seek in you: Minimum Qualifications: - Excellent Project Management experience in designing and driving small to large scale improvement & transformation projects - Excellent communication skills - Excellent Problem Solving & Analytical mindset - Lean & Green Belt Trained, Tested, Certified - Critical thinking & accountability - Good Leadership, consultative & partnering skills required - Relevant experience in the design, implementation, and administration of Digital transformation projects Preferred Qualifications: - Relevant experience in Team Handling/ people-facing roles - Effective probing skills and analyzing/understanding skills - Problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach - Must be able to work on a flexible schedule, including weekend shift work Please note that the primary location for this role is in India-Jaipur, and it is a full-time position requiring a Bachelor's or equivalent degree.,
