Job Description

Deliver Internal Training Programme:
  • Co-ordinate with leadership and other key stake holders and develop a learning content and strategy to execute the agreed learning plan.
  • Design and develop an effective training content to drive organizational value and learning culture.
  • Effectively introduce modern learning methodology to build high performing team.
  • Identify the training needs in consultation with business unit leadership team and prepare the annual training programme and calendar.
  • Execute, evaluate, and monitor the progress of the learning solutions and share the outcome quarterly.
  • Field coaching and on the job support 7-8 days /month
  • Partnering with medical for periodical medical refresher and Knowledge check
  • Design and develop the business centric learning content and ensure timely execution.
  • On boarding of the new joiners (Jumpstart/Pratham) co ordinating with Sales/Medical / HR
  • Coaching reports analysis and discuss with the sales leadership team regarding the observable behavior.
Monitoring, Measuring and Reporting:
  • Execute measure and report key insights of all learning intervention.
  • Analyze the coaching reports and share the key highlights.
  • Ensure execution, monitoring and reporting of key initiatives.
  • Work collaboratively with other functions to bring divers perspectives while identifying issues and building solutions.
  • Plan, execute and share results of knowledge assessment.
  • Conduct regular refresher training for trainers to ensure consistency while delivery of the learning solutions.
  • Periodical assessment of the effectiveness of the process at different levels.
Communication:
  • Preparation and sharing of monthly training dashboard with key stake holders.
  • Share regular information to the Leadership team about the any learning objective and expected outcome of the learning, participation, score, key insights, and other observation and key highlights.
  • Key highlights of the common program to support one Our company approach.
Job Requirements:
  • 8-10 years of experience in pharma sales in rare diseases/ specialty
  • Experience in Training and Development in parallel pharma or consumer facing industries such as FMCG / Med Devices etc.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
